The first thing I asked myself upon seeing that ad was 'now, how the $%!@! did Alltell get the rights to use the icons from those other companies? I mean, you don't get much in the way of fair use protection for commercial speech, do you? Have their been in cease-and-desist style rumblings from Verizon, T-Mobile et al?
